Due to Covid slow down and the Holidays I had spare time from working. Decided to take my boy out train watching. I lived in this area for 24 years and never saw the Elkhart and Western operate until now. Stopping at the Ash Rd crossing I noticed the lights of Prex 911. So the chase starts here at the County Rd 3 crossing. |

Nappanee St Crossing. |
| Description: |
Since I was a child I have always wanted to see this Crossing in action. In this photo my boy and I heard the Bell and seen the lights flash for the first time. I am sure this is a weekly occurrence for a person who lives in Elkhart, but living in Niles, Mi makes kinda hard to see any action. |
